My key career objective is to expand my technical and non-technical skills as a Tech Enablement Specialist in the Enterprise Services team at IAG, while supporting executive management through delivering key projects such as the Intelligent Operations & Observability transformation.

With over 4 years of experience at IAG — both as a graduate and as a business analyst — I offer an informed perspective on emerging concepts such as the future of AI/ML Ops, and how they should be delivered. I currently use this knowledge to accelerate delivery of the Intelligent Operations & Observability project and support other T&O operational projects.
